What does our pricing policy consist in?
In search of simplicity and transparency, pricing is determined at the beginning of the contract for the annual period. No modification is made regardless of the evolution of the number of retail outlets during the year.
Payment option
Payment is to be made by bank transfer following the electronic signature of the contract via the web application, and will grant access to the services provided by FTM.
Cancellation and renewal of the subscription
The renewal of the subscription is automatic at the anniversary date of the contract.
The termination of the services cannot be made for the year under way. The client uses the FTM web application to terminate the contract.
FTM reserves the right to terminate its services for non-compliance with the criteria referred to in the contract pertaining to the issuing of the reports by the client.
